Meet Our Doctor:
Dr. Loan Lao, a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, grew up in Amarillo, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from West Texas A & M University. She then went on to earn a Doctorate degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Her externship experiences at San Antonio's Veteran's affair hospital, Texas Diabetes Institute and Dallas' Bridge Builders have given her a wealth of different experiences and vast knowledge in her profession. She then relocated to the Dallas area after graduating and has worked at two other successful private practices before she knew opening up her own practice was what she ultimately wanted. Family, commitment, and faith are extremely important to her, which has carried into her work.
